Samuel Soares is a Development Manager for Atlantic Residential in Florida. He is responsible for managing the construction and development of new multifamily communities within South Florida’s Market.

Samuel joined the Atlantic Residential team in July 2021. Since his enrollment, he has collaborated to develop Indigo West Palm Beach, a 246-unit mid-rise apartment between Downtown and Palm Beach International Airport, and the Indigo Stuart 215-unit garden-style apartment community at Port St. Lucie’s River.

Before joining Atlantic Residential, Samuel worked in the project management field for developers, private equity funds, and construction companies to develop and build multifamily, hotels, retail, commercial and residential properties in the USA and South America. He delivered over 25,000,000 sq ft in the last ten years. Also managed large contracts during Rio 2016 Olympic Games and Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup to provide mixed-use properties and hotels for the events.

Samuel holds a Master in Real Estate from the FIA/USP – Fundacao Instituto de Administracao (Brazil), an Erasmus Program from the Polytechnic Universities of Milan (Italy), and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from the PUC Campinas (Brazil).
