From the beginning, Atlantic Residential has been a family company. Founded by brothers Richard and Andrew in 1995, we’ve since overseen the construction of over $3.0 Billion of institutional quality residential and mixed-use projects, containing over 11,000 residential units. All the while, we’ve committed ourselves to detail, service, and community.
