Brittney Calderon is the Regional Manager for Atlantic Residential’s Suburban Chicago portfolio. Brittney is responsible for overseeing the leasing, management, and operations of over 1,000 stabilized and lease-up residential units and retail spaces with more to come in future development.

Brittney started with Atlantic Residential in April 2016 with over 5 years of experience in Property Management. Since starting with Atlantic Residential, Brittney has overseen the two fastest lease-ups in Atlantic Residential’s history. In addition to specializing in lease-ups, training, and development, Brittney has completed 2 property sales and 1 recapitalization.
