Brent Lehr is the Regional Manager for Atlantic Residential’s Chicago and Florida portfolio. Brent is responsible for overseeing the leasing, management, and operations for over 1,000 residential units and retail spaces within the Chicago market. He works closely with our internal development team and investment partners on all new and existing assets within his region. 

Brent joined the Atlantic Residential team in January of 2018 with over 12 years of experience in residential property management. He has strong experience with luxury lease ups, condo conversions, value add assets, renovations, and maintaining stabilized properties in both urban and suburban Illinois markets.
