Kecia Tomlin is a Senior Director of Development for Atlantic Residential’s Atlanta, Georgia portfolio. In this role, Kecia spearheads the execution of new residential and mixed-use development projects in the Atlanta area. Her responsibilities include oversight of and coordination with the projects’ architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors during the entire development and construction process. She works closely with the Atlanta development and operations teams to ensure excellence in project delivery is consistently achieved.

Kecia joined the Atlantic Residential team in 2018. She served as Development Manager for several multifamily communities in Atlanta and collaborated on many other projects in both the Atlanta and Florida markets.

Prior to joining Atlantic Residential, Kecia worked in the project management field for multifamily, single-family, and commercial construction companies in Atlanta since 2007. She has successfully managed new construction projects as well as renovations of varying scopes and sizes.

Kecia graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
