Joey Bernstein currently serves as Development Manager for Atlantic Residential’s Atlanta portfolio. As a Development Manager, Joey’s responsibilities include all aspects of development from entitlement to lease-up for multi-family and mixed-use projects. Joey manages the day-to-day activities of the project’s designers, consultants, contractors, brokers, and vendors. He is also responsible for budget management as well as financial forecasting and reporting.

Joey joined Atlantic Residential in April of 2022 as a Development Associate, assisting in the management of two new developments, Lumen Chamblee, and Loria Ansley. In 2023, he took over as Development Manager for Loria Ansley, a 350-unit, 28-story, high-rise in the heart of Midtown. Prior to working for Atlantic Residential, Joey worked as an associate for a Broker/Developer of single-family homes in Long Island.

Joey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Binghamton University and holds a certificate in Building and Construction from NYU.
