Joey Bernstein currently serves as a Development Manager for Atlantic Residential’s Florida market. Joey relocated from Atlanta to Florida and is currently overseeing the development of Lumio Pompano Beach, a 423-unit mid-rise. This project is a multifamily component of the 223-acre master development, “The Pomp”, anchored by a Live! Dining & Entertainment District.

As a Development Manager, Joey’s responsibilities include all aspects of development from entitlement to lease-up for multi-family and mixed-use projects. Joey manages the day-to-day activities of the project’s designers, consultants, contractors, brokers, and vendors. He is also responsible for budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting.

Joey joined Atlantic Residential in April of 2022 as a Development Associate, assisting in overseeing two new developments, Lumen Chamblee and Loria Ansley. In 2023, he took over as Development Manager for Loria Ansley, a 350-unit, 28-story, high-rise in the heart of Midtown. Before working for Atlantic Residential, Joey worked as an associate for a Broker/Developer of single-family homes in Long Island.

Joey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Binghamton University and holds a certificate in Building and Construction from NYU.
