Emiliano Farina
As a Development Manager for the Florida region, Emiliano Farina provides leadership and coordination in the construction of multifamily projects, including all phases of development management, from design conceptualization to construction and resident occupancy.
Emiliano joined the Atlantic Residential team in April 2024 to lead the development of Atlantic Residential’s Lumio Pompano Beach development, a 423-unit mid-rise apartment project located in “The Pomp”, one of the largest master-planned developments in South Florida.
Before joining Atlantic Residential, Emiliano worked as an Associate in architecture and development in three different countries: Argentina, Chile, and the United States. In his previous roles, he led a diverse scale portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments for two well-established Family offices and developers, spanning from single-family homes to mid- and high-rise buildings, as well as collaborating on a public-private partnership with the City of Santa Maria, California, for the redevelopment of its downtown.
Emiliano holds a Master in Real Estate, Development, and Design (MRED+D) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor and Master in Architecture degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
