Andy Schalk is the Director of Maintenance for Atlantic Residential. Andy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance across the company’s portfolio. This includes working with the development teams to ensure smooth transitions to operations, overseeing capital projects, and managing the onsite maintenance teams.

Andy joined Atlantic Residential in September of 2009 as a Maintenance Technician at The Reserve at Wauwatosa, and quickly moved up to the Supervisor role. In 2017, he was promoted to his current role. Since then, he has assisted with 11 new construction projects in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida.

Before joining Atlantic Residential, Andy received an Associate Degree in HVAC Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He also came with a background in residential remodeling and construction management.
