The Reserve at Lenox Park is located in a master-planned community in the Buckhead neighborhood, a prestigious suburb of Atlanta approximately five miles north of downtown. In December 2000 the project was sold to a major institutional investor (RREEF Funds) for approximately $122,000 per unit, the highest price that had been paid to date in Atlanta for a garden style apartment project, exclusive of condo conversions. The 6.5-acre site has a total of six residential buildings and a combined clubhouse and leasing office.

The project contains one, two, and three-bedroom apartment flats as well as two-story townhouse units. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a large sunning deck, a 24-hour business center, and a 24-hour fitness center containing state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
