Designed as a live, work, play space, Lumio Pompano Beach is a joint project by Atlantic Residential, and Northwestern Mutual, with Kaufman Lynn Construction as the General Contractors on the project. Lumio Pompano Beach will have studio, 1- 2- and 3-bedroom residences, along with upscale amenities including a resort-style pool, on-site resident market, modern fitness center, and outdoor pickleball courts.

Lumio Pompano Beach is the newest addition to The Pomp, a 223-acre development in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Pomp will be anchored by the remodeled and rebranded Harrah’s Pompano Beach casino and a dynamic Live! Dining and entertainment district.

Leasing for Lumio Pompano Beach begins in early 2026, with move-ins starting Spring of 2026.
