Adrian Rivera is a Development Manager for Atlantic Residential’s Chicagoland portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight management of and coordination with the project’s architect, engineers, consultants, accountants, and general contractor from pre-construction to post construction. Adrian’s current efforts include that of lead developer and supplemental support on several new construction projects, while simultaneously assisting in potential growth opportunities for Atlantic Residential within the local Chicago market.

Adrian joined the Atlantic Residential team in September of 2021 and brings over 12 years of diverse experience in multiple types of construction as a general contractor – including multifamily, retail, commercial, and more. Prior to joining Atlantic Residential, Adrian managed the build of over 1,700 units throughout Chicagoland, Southern California and Arizona – often leading his teams to successful project completion both ahead of schedule, and under budget.

Adrian graduated from Illinois State University where he majored in Construction Management (BS Degree) and minored in Business Administration (BA Degree).
