Completed in 2007, The Reserve at Johns Creek Walk is a26-acre project consisting of 210 luxury apartments with condominium conversion potential, 50,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space, and 20,000 square feet of office that is part of the Johns Creek Walk multi-use community. The project is located in Johns Creek, a 1,900 acre master-planned PUD consisting of six million square feet of Class A office space. In addition, the project is less than one mile south of the new Emory Johns Creek Hospital as well as significant shopping, outdoor recreation, and entertainment venues.
The commercial and residential uses center on a divided median boulevard, designed to resemble an old downtown with pocket parks, wide sidewalks, and places to gather. All of the commercial and residential buildings have been designed in the Craftsman style, evoking early 20th century neighborhood architecture.
Community amenities include a clubhouse containing a fully-equipped fitness center, business center, media/screening room, coffee bar, demonstration kitchen, and meeting facilities. Adjacent to the clubhouse will be a resort-style swimming pool and grill cabana. This building also has six “live-work” units designed to provide commercial space for users like artists, photographers, and small business owners.
