The Reserve at Druid Hills is a 272-unit luxury apartment community. The project’s close proximity to Buckhead and central location provides easy access to primary job centers in Atlanta. In addition, the project is approximately two miles from Oglethorpe University, three miles from Emory University, and four miles from Mercer University.

The 21.6-acre site consists of 272 apartment homes yielding a density of 12.6 units per acre. The project is comprised of eight apartment buildings, a separate management office and clubhouse, and a total of 24 detached garages. The buildings are concentrated in three areas of the site, leaving a great deal of open space. The rear of the property faces Peachtree Creek and is densely wooded.
